Fitting instructions
You need 2 pieces of chord
One for waist and one between legs
Knot one end and pass through upper hole then tie around waist with fufu level with cock
Put cock head centrally into position and pull down and into body
You will have to position balls up into body cavity and pull chord up arse and tie tightly to chord at back to the one around waist
You then pull ball skin through the space between inner and outer ribs on both sides to form labia
