I tried a few forms so far but not finding one that consistently works. Either the inner loop is too wide so that at some point the whole shaft would come out or it is so narrow (esp. the round one [1]) that it will start to hurt in barely an hour of wearing. The distance between the bottom ends of the inner and outer loops is too wide in all forms I tried, thus the hold of the scrotal skin will weaken after wearing it for a while and only the inner loop being effective at all. If it sometimes does stay fit, it is rather held on the side(s) where the distance between the two loops is narrower. The round one [1] looked already strange by looking at the picture and just bought out of curiosity but its outer loop is totally useless for this purpose. Maybe it is only meant for connecting to a belt rather than for holding the scrotal skin. Generally with plastic variants I consistently observed the upper end of the inner loop to eventually get cracks and soon break after wearing it a couple of times. The smaller classic clip (V1 S) is the best fit for me so far (and probably for most people who don’t have some gigantic scrotum) but too bad after the first broke, the second purchase has already gotten cracks. The metal one [2] is only available in one size and although the width of the inner loop is 20 mm, thus the same as the V1 S, somehow it is not narror enough to keep the shaft contained. I didn’t try the K1 variant (metal) [3] but it gives an inner loop width of 26 mm thus it seems to be worse for that purpose. I routinely only use the metal one now as that’s still better than the clip to break after a few wears. It would be great if you could make a metal variant with the inner loop a bit narrower and also generally make the distance between inner and outer loop at the bottom end narrower. For the plastic ones some significant change needs to happen so that the inner loop is made more robust. In V3 you apparently switched from ABS (V1 and V2) to resin as material which is apparently more flexible. Didn’t try that yet but it is not explaining that that makes it more robust. Interesting that in V3 the size variants mostly vary the size of the outer loop and the overall height but not the width of the inner loop.
