The external tube with a funnel type top to place the glans is great and a good improvement but maybe a step further would be a small internal urethral tube on the inside of the funnel to help keep the glans in place, it would stop the glans slipping out of the funnel and steer the urine better and allow to sit down pee without fear of it seeping out all over the place
